Dan Tullis Jr. is an American actor most notable for his role as Officer Dan on the sitcom Married...With Children. He has also appeared in other shows such as The District, Home Improvement, 227 and Rachel Gunn, R.N..

He currently voices national radio and television ads for Select Quote Insurance. In the spots, he identifies himself as Dan Tullis

Dan Tullis, Jr. has had an illustrious career as a bass baritone — especially in the role of Joe in Show Boat. His version of the signature song, Ol’ Man River, has won him standing ovations in over 17 different productions staged around the world. Dan’s other shows include Big River, Evita, The Fantasticks, Man Of La Mancha, The King and I, Madame Butterfly and Little Shop Of Horrors. He has appeared in eight feature films including Extreme Prejudice, Backstreet Dreams, and Harlem Nights. He has had recurring roles on television shows including Married With Children, The District and Rachel Gunn, R.N. and appeared on many others. Dan has been performing since his parents told him he should join the Camarillo High School choir. Dan did and was soon asked to join the elite Madrigal singers. They became the award winning, The Today Generation. He is a graduate of Ventura College. While attending Cal State Long Beach, he first performed the role of Joe in their Spring Musical production of Show Boat. It launched his career. His career has spanned 40 years and has afforded him the opportunity to work with some of the best and most famous stars in the world. They include Mickey Rooney, Van Johnson, Donald O'Connor, John Raitt, Eddie Murphy and others too numerous to mention. Dan is the voice of SelectQuote Insurance on TV and radio. He considers his best productions his daughter Jillian Tullis Owen, a professor working on her PhD. at the University of South Florida and his son Dan Tullis III, a Jr. High School teacher who also lives in Florida.
