Dan Peake, born in Macclesfield, Cheshire in 1983, played rugby for Macclesfield RUFC from age 16, quickly reaching Cheshire U18's, u20's North of England and England U18's.
Dan progressed through to Sale Jets academy but unfortunately in 2004 sustained a knee injury tearing his cruciate ligament, ending a bright young career in professional rugby.
