Dan Neville

Dan Neville (born 8 December 1946) is an Irish Fine Gael politician.[1] A former senator and long-serving member of Limerick County Council, he is a Teachta Dála (TD) for the constituency of Limerick West.
Neville first stood as a candidate for Dáil Éireann at the 1987 General Election, when he failed to win a seat. He did not contest the 1989 general election, but in the subsequent Seanad elections he won a seat on the Labour Panel. He was unsuccessful again in the 1992 General Election, but was re-elected in the 1993 elections to the 20th Seanad.[2]
He finally won a seat in the Dáil at the 1997 General Election and retained his seat at the 2002 and the 2007 general elections.[2]
