Please do not insert section headers in articles that are only two paragraphs long. Wikipedia:Guide_to_layout#Structure_of_the_article recommends (for good reason) against short sections, which is particularly relevant to these articles, in which the entire body of text is small enough to become the one "section". You were caught removing the tag from Image:The High Road album cover.jpg without resolving the underlying issue. This is a serious act of vandalism. Please do not do this again. Thank you for adding a rationale to Image:The High Road album cover.jpg. You forgot to mention which specific article you were providing the rationale for so I took the liberty of adding that information. This is important particularly for album covers because they often get used in one place and then another editor comes along and violates the image's license by using it to depict the artist. This is easy to catch if the rationale identifies which article it is for, much harder otherwise. Anyway, I've already taken care of it for that particular image.
