This imageis being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Harro5) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
2. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
3. the photo is only being used for informational purposes;
4. no free alternative image exists.
