Damion Fletcher (born July 1, 1987 in Biloxi, Mississippi) is an American football player running back for the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.

In 2006, he ran for the thirteenth most yards by a freshman in NCAA history. Also in 2006, he was named a Freshman All-American by The Sporting News. He was awarded the Most Valuable Player award following the 2007 GMAC Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. He was a finalist for the Conerly Trophy in 2006 and won the award in 2007.
