Damien Moyal is a musician from Florida, mostly known within the hardcore genre, for his talking-like vocals. He has contributed to over 15 bands, though only a few have officially been released. Since 2002 he has parted ways with the hardcore genre, and has moved on to a solo project, Damien Done, which he considers to be rock. Damien was once a vegan as well as straight-edge, but has since also parted ways with the beliefs [1].

[edit] Bands
[edit] Culture (1994-1998)
The band recorded many albums, and lasted until 1998, when he finally had a stable line-up for As Friends Rust.
[edit] Shai Hulud (1995-1996)
Damien was Shai Hulud's original vocalist. He recorded their first demo in 1995, and played shows until 1996, when him and the band parted ways for different views.
[edit] Bird of Ill Omen (1996)
He then joined Bird of Ill Omen. At the time the band only played shows. He would end up leaving the band before they recorded anything.
[edit] Morning Again (1996)
Morning Again was looking for a dedicated vocalist, and Damien was available. He joined, played shows, and recorded three albums with the band. He was asked to leave by John Wylie.
[edit] As Friends Rust (1996-2003)
He then moved on to As Friends Rust. The band was then called Wayside, and was doing Pixies covers. After changing names, they recorded a 6 song demo. The band broke up after some amount of labels were not interested.
Damien later reformed the band in 1998, after Culture was all over. It ended up becoming his most prominent band, and the only original member to stick until the end.
[edit] Bridgeburne R (2000)
Bridgeburne R was a semi-fictional band that took place in late 2000. During the hiatus of As Friends Rust, Damien and Kaleb, regrouped with members of Speak 714, and formed a punk band. They released a discography, which comprised of made up albums. The band played a few shows in Europe, then disappeared.
[edit] Damien Done (2003-Current)
Damien Done is his pseudo solo project. It was first announced that he had left As Friends Rust in 2003, and he would move on to other less serious stuff. In 2004 it was announced that Damien Done would be his new output for music. The first that was heard was a 6 song demo that circulated online. It was a much different approach from previous musical outputs he had worked with. This band featured mostly acoustic songs, along with rough, dark indie-like vocals. He described the band as "Danzig made acoustic". It followed by rumors of an album titled "Love Thongs", and was to be released in April 2004, under Good Life Recordings (Cat. GL095). The album was never released, but a music video was made for the song "Ass-Crack is the New Cleavage".
The album was delayed again and again, until finally in 2006 news of a release surfaced again. The album title had now been changed to "Stay Black", and it was due out for release in late spring of 2006 (as Cat. GL103). Once again the album was delayed, and as of summer 2007, no news have resurfaced again.
[edit] Goodnight at the End of the Tunnel (2005)
Goodnight at the End of the Tunnel was a jamming band that Damien and Kaleb Stewart created in 2005. No serious attempts have been made other than a couple tracks on the myspace.
[edit] Some Sort of Radio
Some Sort of Radio was a very short lived band that Damien was part of which only last around four rehearsals.
[edit] Best Wishes
Best Wishes started with several members of prominent South Florida hardcore bands wanting to play more a more melodic style of hardcore. They had several rehearsals with Damien before he moved and continued to write without him with hopes of finding a new vocalist.
