Damien Lynch (born 31 July 1979) is an Irish footballer currently playing for St Patrick's Athletic in the League of Ireland.

Born in Dublin, Lynch began his career at Leeds United and was a member of the team that won the FA Youth Cup in 1997. The Leeds United team had Paul Robinson, Jonathan Woodgate, Harry Kewell, Alan Smith and Stephen McPhail. After being released by Leeds, he signed for Nottingham Forest in October 2001.
He returned to Dublin in the summer of 2002 and signed for Bohemians. He made the right back spot his own in a league winning campaign for Bohs in 2002/2003.
When his contract ran out at the end of the 2004 season, Lynch signed for Drogheda United along with Simon Webb.
He joined St Patrick's Athletic at the end of the 2007 season.
