Damian Samuels ([born December 7, 1972) in Brighton, England is an English film and television actor.
He is most recognizable from his role of the Band Manager in the award winning video for Where's Your Head At by Basement Jaxx, directed by Traktor and Mr. LLoyd in Doctor Who in the episodes The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances.
More recent credits include Eastenders and White Lightnin' which stars Carrie Fisher
