The company was founded in 1998 as a human resources and engineering consulting firm by a group of Venezuelan professionals. Over the years the company's businesses expanded in many directions, including economic and business consulting, international trade consulting, legal services and real estate.
In 2006, the management created the Small Business Division, making them the leader firm in Venezuela in Small Business Consulting.
