DAMAC Properties is a subsidiary of the multi-Billion Dollar Conglomerate, DAMAC Holdings. Since its launch in 2003 it has been responsible for such projects as DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights. They have offices in 16 different countries around the world and currently have 82 developments available.

DAMAC Properties through DAMAC Holdings is headed up by Hussain Sajwani although Peter Riddoch as CEO takes direct responsibility for DAMAC Properties.

The UK is a major market for DAMAC and in total they have 10 offices with their new headquarters opening up in Canary wharf . With over 28 % of sales coming from the UK the move will confirm DAMAC's commitment in catering to the region .
