{{helpme}}

Brycerrr has taken both my db-bio tag and his own hangon off of Cannon Caza and continues to insert links to that piece of nonsense into other articles: Over Board (film). I'm too new and inexperienced with Wikipedia procedures to deal with him, someone please take it from here. Dalric (talk) 17:42, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

Hi there. I have added the {{db-bio}} tag back to the page, and will monitor it. Happy editing! --Storkk (talk) 18:13, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Adoption

Hi! I noticed you were seeking to be adopted and wanted to offer my assistance. I've been here for about 16 months or so and have made well over 5000 edits. If you have already been adopted or no longer want to be adopted then please just ignore this message. EconomicsGuy (talk) 16:00, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

Thanks! I'm thrilled to be your adopter! It's okay that you might be offline a lot. One of the good things about Wikipedia is that there are no deadlines - at least not if you're a new editor! The way I figured we could get this started was by basically letting you ask whatever questions you might have. That will give me some idea of what you would like to do here and what policies or guidelines we should start with. The most important thing though is that you just try whatever you want to do here. I'll keep an eye on your edits and help out if there are any problems.
The best way to get started is by editing articles that are already here. Wikipedia has some strict policies against biting new users so don't be afraid to make an edit if you feel that it will improve the article. Like I said I'll keep an eye on things and step in if there should be any problems. I'll be offline until tomorrow morning but I'll get back to you then. Usually I'm online during work which is from around 8 AM to 4-5 PM European time. I'm also online most evenings and during the weekend. Cheers and happy editing! Hi! I've created User_talk:EconomicsGuy/Dalric and responded there. That's the best approach as it will not be archived and won't be cluttered by unrelated talk. Cheers, EconomicsGuy (talk) 05:17, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Heinrich Hertz

Please consider re-visiting Talk:Heinrich Hertz#jewish ancestry. I'd be interested in your feedback about the suggested edit strategy I've proposed. --Ooperhoofd (talk) 15:33, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
