MY VOCATION

I am a Christian speaker, retreat leader, personal trainer and health & wellness coach and live in Charlotte NC.

I maintain two web sites. webpage is about my Christian ministry - Faith and Health Connection. webpage is about my personal training and health coaching business as I am a personal trainer and wellness coach in the Ballantyne area of South Charlotte. I provide in-home personal training and wellness coaching.

MY PASSION

I have a passion for understanding and writing about the connection between our spirit, mind and body especially as it relates to our emotional and physical health from a Biblical perspective. This is especially relevant in that in the United States, the health of our citizens continues to deteriorate, especially with diseases and conditions impacted by obesity.

In that light, I have written many articles for Faith and Fitness Magazine on "Spiritual Exercises for a Healthier Life" from a Christian perspective.

I work with YMCAs and other Christian organizations by conducting workshops on Spirit, Mind & Body Health and writing customized monthly articles for distribution to staff and clients/members on the same topic.
