[edit] Founding of Buckley's Crossing
There is some disagreement for the founding date of Buckley's Crossing - the precursor to Dalgety. Tourism NSW suggests 1832, the Geograhic Names Board says "as early as 1837". I have used the Tourism NSW date because that is the first reference I found and because I suspect that the arrival of Edward Buckley as the first white settler was unlikely to have been well documented so both of the dates are probably guesses.
Feel free to change it if you disagree - the Geographic Names Board reference is the one in the reflist. Euryalus 01:36, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
