I created this article, and despite having been "under consideration" for deletion since inception, it has remained stagnant. Dale Pendell is well respected amongst not only literary, but scientific circles including Biochemists, Neurologists, and Ethnobotanists. Can we get rid of the deletion tag? --Ashwinr

There we go--it perhaps is due for a new one?-Kmaguir1 02:27, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

why? 14,300, ghits, some of which include his own erowid vault[1], a Village Voice book review[2], an article on him from the LA Times[3], and several minor literary prizes such as the 2004 Pen Center award for creative non-fiction. In addition to the pharmako books, he has been publishing his poetry and prose since the 60's, and has been published in books alongside such people as Albert Hoffman, Jack Kornfield, and Rick Strassman. He certainly seems to be a notable enough author. --heah 15:53, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
