St. Paul Station in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). St. Paul Station is located near St. Paul Street in downtown Dallas. The street received its name in the 1930s, not out of religious interest, but as a protest against the Volstead Act, a national law that banned alcoholic beverages.
