Dallas Harry Cook (19 May 1921 – 18 August 1942) served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II.
Dallas Cook was born on 19 May 1921 in Robinette, West Virginia, and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps on 14 August 1940. After service at Quantico, Guantanamo Bay, and Puerto Rico, he served in the field from 14 February 1942. He was promoted to sergeant on 21 May 1942 and was killed in action in the Marine Raiders' raid on Makin Island on 18 August 1942. He was awarded the Navy Cross for the action in which he gave his life with great personal valor.

The high-speed transport USS Cook (APD-130) was named in honor of Sgt. Cook and his brother, Lieutenant Andrew F. Cook, Jr., USMC, who was also killed in action in 1942.
