Dale V. Blanchard

Dale Virgil Blanchard (born 1958) of Solon, Ohio, is an American politician of the Democratic party.

In 2002, Blanchard, a certified public accountant, was the Democratic nominee challenging incumbent Republican Steven C. LaTourette, who holds a seat in the United States House of Representatives.

In 2004, Blanchard sought the nomination again but lost to Capri S. Cafaro.

Blanchard is now a contender to be the Democratic nominee for the 2008 election. Other Democratic nominees include Bill O'Neill and John H. Greene Jr.
