Dale Robert Hellestrae (born July 11, 1962 in Phoenix, Arizona) is a former American football player in the National Football League from 1985-2001 as a member of the Buffalo Bills, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Baltimore Ravens. A member of three Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl teams, the 6-foot-5, 300-pound offensive lineman specialized as a long snapper and special teams player during his pro career.

Hellestrae was a fourth-round draft pick in the 1985 NFL Draft (#112 overall) by the Buffalo Bills, Hellestrae played college football at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas where he played with future NFL standouts Eric Dickerson, Craig James, Rickey Bolden, Wes Hopkins, Russell Carter, Michael Carter, and Rod Jones.

Today, Hellestrae works as a color analyst on professional football games, including the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League.
