[edit] Name

The farm's official website has the name as "Daio" (without the macron) so please do not move the article. Redirects are in place for other romanizations. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 00:54, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] largest

Someone on the AFD said it's the world's largest wasabi farm, not just Japan's. Is that true? Quarl (talk) 2006-12-14 19:36Z

I wouldn't be surprised as there are only one or two of the farms outside of Japan (that I've heard of). Wasabi is very difficult to grow, and the "fields" (more like gently flowing rivers) where it grows require constant maintenance. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 21:28, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
