Daitō, Shizuoka

Daitō (大東町 Daitō-chō?) was a town located in Ogasa District, Shizuoka, Japan. On April 1, 2005 Daitō merged into the city of Kakegawa.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 22,043 and a density of 477.85 persons per km². The total area was 46.13 km².
