Daisy is a comical fictional character in the British comedy television series "Keeping Up Appearances" portrayed by actress Judy Cornwell. Daisy is married to Onslow, and is Hyacinth Bucket's sister. Onslow and Daisy have raised one daughter, Stephanie (who has a daughter called Kylie). Onslow and Daisy live with Rose (Daisy's sister) and Daisy's father known as "Daddy" in a council house. Daisy's surname is never given in the series.
Daisy deals with her father's constant shenanigans, such as getting engaged to a succession of different women. Often he sneaks out without anyone noticing and Daisy must track him down. She pushes frequently reluctant Onslow in dealing with her father. Frequently she telephones Hyacinth for help, who comes by because she loves her father very much.
When not busy dealing with her father, she focuses much of her attention on Onslow. Daisy loves Onslow very much and tries to show her love as much as possible. She tries to spark romantic moments with him, but he is busy watching television most of the time. She often makes sexual passes at her husband, but he nearly always rebuffs her advances by saying "I got a headache", preferring to drink beer and watch the telly. She also tries to make him jealous by mentioning her past romantic moments, but he usually shrugs this off.
Both Daisy and Onslow are late risers, and spend a great deal of time lounging in bed, reading or talking. Daisy's literary tastes tend toward romance novels, and she can frequently be seen reading them in bed. She mentions that she reads them because she gets hardly any practise.
Daisy was a Liverpool football club supporter, when she went with her uncle to games. Her support for Liverpool F.C. caused a huge fight with Onslow on her wedding night because she did not reveal her allegiance until the wedding night. The football club which Onslow supported is unnamed, but since Onslow is a Scouser himself, it is presumably Everton.
