Daisuke Terasawa

Daisuke Terasawa (寺沢大介 Terasawa Daisuke?, born 1959-06-10 in Kobe, Japan) is a Japanese manga artist. He is best known for writing cooking manga such as Shota no Sushi and Mr. Ajikko. Both series have been adapted as dramas, the former as a live-action television series,[1] the latter as the first cooking anime television series.[2] In 1988, he won the Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen for Mr. Ajikko.[3]
