Dag Jakob Opedal (born April 13, 1959) is a Norwegian businessperson and since 2005 CEO of Orkla Group.

Opedal is educated as siviløkonom from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (1983) and with a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD (1987). After two years at Dyno Industrier he has worked for the Orkla Group since 1989, first at Nora, then at Stabburet and Orkla Foods. He became an executive in 2001, and CEO in 2005.
