The comment said he was charged. It didn't say he was guilty. Hence if it is correct that he was charged, it is not defamatory and should be restored. Can you provide evidence that he was not charged? Alternatively, if he was charged, was he found "not guilty"? If he was found "not guilty" then we should restore the comment, but amend it to say that. Please reply to my Talk page. Acad Ronin (talk) 20:05, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
