[edit] Personal history and details
I was born in Hobart, Tasmania at the Queen Alexandra Maternity Hospital, on May 27, 1976, to Michael Langley Williams and Elizabeth Mary Williams (nee Sheedy).
[edit] Education
I was educated at The Hutchins School, TAFE Tasmania (for a brief time), and the University of Tasmania. I stand some 5 feet and 11 inches tall, have very dark ash-blonde hair, quite blue eyes, and am of average appearance for my celtic heritage.
[edit] Work
I have worked as a computing technical officer for The Friends' School, Hobart, and as an IT Helpdesk operator for UTas. My proudest accomplishment has been as the project lead at ATMOS Software Productions Pty Ltd for the Nova project, where I assisted in the creation of the computer game Escape Velocity Nova. The title has been successful beyond my wildest dreams, and has met with some small critical acclaim.
- As an aside, my proudest Wikipedia achievement has been steering well clear of creating or editing any pages (other than this one) that refer to any companies or endeavours that I have been involved with. However, it has been noted that as one of the few people with direct access to much of the data about ATMOS and Nova, it is to be expected that I will be asked for that data when those who actively maintain or expand those pages require it. In fact, not providing it could be viewed as bias in and of itself. A very trying matter. Fortunately there are any number of active editors who can and will adjust the page to remove either bias or vanity edits.
[edit] Goals
My primary goal is to assist in or direct the creation of more imaginary worlds and environments.
