Daemon is the second demo by Finnish Dark Metal band Shade Empire.
Many copies of Daemon were spread to record labels around the world, and received many great reviews,[2]however, despite the distribution of the demo, there were no record signings.[3] Daemon held a richer sound, the music said to be more aggressive and darker.[4] However, due to the low quality, the vocals sounded weaker. Nonetheless, the album was praised for it's use of blast beats, and it's newer sound compared to Throne Of Eternal Night.[5]
Two songs from this album have been re-worked and released on their first full length album, Sinthetic. Daemon became Demonized, and ...Je Pimeys Laskeutui became Je Pimeys Laskeutui.
