Daegu Islamic Center (DIC) is a nonprofit, nonsectarian religious, educational and cultural organization located in Daegu, South Korea. Daegu Islamic Center consists of organization: Jamia Masjid Uthman bin Affan and Daegu Institute of Islamic Studies.

[edit] Jamia Masjid Uthman bin Affan (JMUA)
Services provided by the Jamia Masjid Uthman bin Affan include congregational prayers, Ramadan Iftaars and Taraveeh, a Sunday school, Eid programs, educational lectures, and interfaith activities. The Masjid services the Muslim community of Daegu, Gyeongsan and Waegwan cities, although people travel to get to this center from as far away as Seoul and Busan. Center's membership includes many ethnic groups and represents Muslims from all over the world.
[edit] Daegu Institute of Islamic Studies (DIIS)
DIIS provides a comprehensive curriculum that offers students a broad range of both academic and religious subjects, including Qura’nic and Islamic Studies, and English Language. Soon InshaAllah DIIS is going extend education program providing Korean Language, Mathematics & Computers, Science, Social Studies classes. All these courses are free for both Muslim and Non-Muslim children. The institute has moved quickly to establish a strong academic program where children are challenged to learn and excel academically. DIIS striving to provide the best education, in a secure Islamic environment, through the knowledge and application of the Qur'an and Sunnah
