Daechi-dong is one of the dong in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The real estate prices in Daechi-dong are regarded as relatively high for Seoul. The proximity to Dogok-dong and Yangjaecheon also impacts the real estate of Daechi-dong.[1]

Daechi is divided into 4 sub-dong, known as Daechi 1-dong, 2-dong, 3-dong and 4-dong respectively. From the center of Daechi, 1-dong is to the southwest, 2-dong the southeast, 3-dong the northwest and 4-dong the northeast.
