Many unsuccessful attempts have been made to communicate with Mrs. Brisebois, and her management group, to obtain a free of rights picture to illustrate the article bearing her name on Wikipedia. All requests did not receive any response nor acknowledgment.

Fair use claimed as this photo illustrates the subject of the article, namely Danielle Brisebois. There are no free equivalent examples available (album art could be used, but would only be fair use when commenting on the particular album).

That images are hard to find of a living person does not justify its use in Wikipedia articles per the Fair-use guidelines. As such, it does not comply with copyright so I have deleted it. Woody (talk) 22:51, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
