D'Monroe

D'Monroe is an American musical theatre actor who has also appeared in a number of television productions. On Broadway, he has performed in the 2000 revival of Jesus Christ Superstar as an apostle, and in Rent as Benny. He won a Travolta Family Entertainment Golden Icon Award for Best Male Musical Theater Performance for his role in Rent.[1] Off-Broadway credits include A Good Swift Kick. His television roles include appearances on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, All My Children, and Homicide: Life on the Streets.

He is from Baltimore, MD and went to high school in Columbia, MD Oakland Mills High School. Then went to Hampton University.
