Désiré Mbonabucya

Désiré Mbonabucya (born February 25, 1977 in Kigali) is a football striker from Rwanda. Along with teammate Claude Kalisa, Mbonabucya forms the backbone of the Rwandan national team that participated in the 2004 African Nations Cup. He was considered a valuable goalscorer for K. Sint-Truidense V.V. during his time at the club. After an injury, Mbonabucya moved to KVK Tienen.
