Czesław Kiszczak (b. October 19, 1925), polish General and politician, PPR and later PZPR member, officer and chief of secret services. Minister of Internal Affairs (MSW) 1981-1983, he was also the last Communist Prime Minister of Poland, who served briefly in 1989, very close co-worker of general Wojciech Jaruzelski.
