Czerna [ˈt͡ʂɛrna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogrodziec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) north-west of Nowogrodziec, 16 km (10 mi) west of Bolesławiec, and 119 km (74 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 1,100.
