Cytora torquilla is a species of small land snail, a terrestrial gastropod mollusc in the family Liareidae.

This species is endemic to the North Island of New Zealand, including the Poor Knights Islands.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is minute, tall-spired, narrow, with all whorls strongly convex. The umbilicus is very narrow.
Coloration of the shell is uniformly reddish-brown, crossed by white, thread-like membranous, slightly retractive axials.
Shell height is up to 2.5 mm, and width up to 1.75 mm.
