Cytora cytora is a species of small land snail, a terrestrial gastropod mollusc in the family Liareidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand, found in the northern half of the North Island, including Great Barrier Island.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is small, turbinate, with a deep narrow umbilicus. The periostracum is light brown. Sculpture is of spiral and axial threads, with hair-like projections at points of intersection.
Shell height is up to 2.6 mm, and width up to 2.25 mm.
