Cypress Ranch High School

Cypress Ranch High School is a secondary school located in Cypress, which is an unincorporated place in Harris County, Texas, near Houston.

Cypress Ranch, which will open in 2008, was originally called Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District High School #9. Cypress Ranch is part of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. The school will serve the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD portion of BlackHorse Ranch, Cypress Creek Ranch, Cypress Creek Lakes, Fairfield and Bridgeland, a community in unincorporated Harris County.

The school colors for Cypress Ranch are navy blue and gold. The school mascot is Mustangs.

Cypress Ranch will relieve Cypress Woods High School when it opens in fall 2008 [2]. Cypress Ranch will be on a 130-acre campus at Fry Road and Cypress North Houston. Pepper-Lawson Construction, L.P. will build the school for $68,673,095 United States dollars, with the contract at $162,855 USD. The Cypress Ranch campus will be similar to the Cypress Woods campus.

A future elementary school (named Elementary #46) and a future middle school will be adjacent to Cypress Ranch.
