The dispute is over this page which, by my count, verifies at least half the statements in the article and probably more. If there are issues with individual statements, the correct procedure is to use {{fact}} instead of slapping {{unreferenced}} on the article. {{unreferenced}} is only meant for articles without any references whatsoever, and there have been complaints on the mailing list that using the template incorrectly causes a lot of confusion.
