Cynthia Mulligan

Cynthia Mulligan {Born 1973} is a Canadian television personality. She is an employee of Citytv's CityNews. Cynthia is the station's Education Specialist. She keeps viewers informed on all matters involving children and family type matters.

Cynthia started out at Citytv 11 years ago in the CityPulse library. Before moving over to CityNews formerly known as CityPulse Cynthia was a news writer for BT-Breakfast Television. Cynthia has also been an ENG Cameraperson and a videographer. She added the duties of anchoring CP24 in January of 1998.

Cynthia currently works as a host on CP24 and education specialist.
