Cynthia Moore Chestnut (born July 25, 1949) in Tallahassee, Florida.
Chestnut was a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. She received her Bachelors degree from the Florida A & M University in 1970. She received her Masters degree from Florida State University in 1971, and her Doctorate from Nova University in 1981. It should also be noted she lives in Gainesville, Florida with her children.
