Cyberium.org is primarily a repository (or deposit) of English and French E-zines. It was born 2006 as a result of the closing of Madchat.org in late November 2006. Cyberium.org is noted as being a general repository for all user uploaded material such as philosophy, ethics, how-to, and technical documentations.

The contributions of the users considerably help to widen the extent of the technological spectrum of the contents of this repository.
