CYBAGE is an offshore software services company based in Pune, India. Initially, it was named CyberAge Communications pvt ltd. but later on it became Cybage. It is a CMMI level 5 company. It is also certified at ISO 27001. Cybage's services include software development, software maintenance, software re-engineering, quality assurance and testing, technical writing, customer support and establishing dedicated offshore software development centers.
Recently, in December 2007, Cybage was ranked as the 17th Best Employer in India by DataQuest, an independent body.
Customers of Cybage include Microsoft, Altiris, Athenahealth, Popkin Software Ltd, Google and DigitalRiver, SAP KhimetricsHSBC.

Cybage's history epitomises the evolution of the Indian IT industry. Founded in 1995 by the Nathani brothers, the company developed and introduced two products, CyberAge Raider and CyberAge Surfer, in the market. But later it shifted into software services where it managed to scale up to reach Rs 45 crore in topline in 2003-04. With the company involved in development and testing for MSDN, Cybage has also set up a small subsidiary with 20 people near the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond at an investment of $1 million.
