Cy Roth

Cy Roth, (1912-1969) was an American film director, writer,and producer who made several low-budget films in the 1950s. Born in Chicago, he is known to have made just three films and the last of them, Fire Maidens from Outer Space (1956), which was made in the UK, has acquired a cult reputation over the years as one of the worst science fiction films ever. Roth worked in various other capacities on several other films and TV programmes before his death in 1969.
