This is a version of Template:copyvio in which your signature/notes can be left at the end (normal template table closes around signatures). For example, one would write {{cvs|url=http://example.org|~~~~}} , or {{cvs|url=http://example.org|A Google cache is avaliable from (address here)}} .

CVS stands for Copyvio Signature.
