[edit] Summary

A Visual Basic form and the lower part of the Visual Basic toolbox, showing various custom controls. The ImageList and CommonDialog controls are invisible when the program is running.

Licensing notes:

  • The toolbox is part of Visual Basic. Fair use rationale for the section OLE custom controls in the article Object linking and embedding:
    • Only a very tiny portion of Visual Basic's interface (part of the toolbox) is displayed.
    • It illustrates a section about the use of custom controls in Visual Basic.
    • To the best of my knowledge, a free replacement that could be used in the article instead of this one, is unavailable.
  • The form and layout is mine, but I hereby release all copyright claims to it.
  • OpenOffice.org is covered by the LGPL. Since the program only links to OpenOffice.org, this doesn't affect licensing.
  • The other custom controls and the icons on the toolbar are free to distribute; see the section Files You Are Allowed To Distribute in the Visual Basic help.

Note: the Mac-style icons are a skin.
