The Customer Experience Management Certification (CEM) Program was introduced in 2007 to teach best practices for creating and implementing CEM Strategies within an organization. The CEM Certification Program is typically held twice a year and provides a methodology that allows business professionals to identify new business opportunities as well as develop a strategy to improve customer loyalty and customer retention rates.
