The Truth in Video Game Rating Act is proposed by Senator Sam Brownback. The act would require the ESRB to have access to the full content of and hands-on time with the games it was to rate, rather than simply relying on the video demonstrations submitted by developers and publishers. [1] [2] Microsoft Game Studios announces that Peter Jackson will develop a pair of new series exclusively for the Xbox 360. Jackson's Wingnut Interactive will work with Bungie Studios to co-create a completely new and original chapter in the Halo series. [3]
