The image is used in an informative way in the respective articles and used to show the box art of the game. It is a very low-resolution image and doesn't show the entire box, so it can't be used to make identical copies of the original.

The image is not replaceable by a free image, since it is meant to illustrate the box art of a game that is, itself, non-free.
