CUPE 3911 is a labour union local representing tutors at Athabasca University, Canada.

In the Fall of 1983 the association was ratified by a mail-in ballot, and officers were elected for the Athabasca University Tutors’ Association. The first fee was $4/month or $40/year.
In 1987 the University was forced to finally recognize the union, and they joined the Canadian Union of Educational Workers.[1]
In 1990 the first collective bargaining agreement was reached.[2]
In 1994 they joined the Canadian Union of Public Employees.
