"Cuntry Boner" is the first commercial retail single from Puscifer. Though released a month prior, it is not included on his debut album "V" Is for Vagina. It is a cover of an Electric Sheep song. It is the first song of theirs to be released that is not from a soundtrack or a remix. The CD was put up for pre-order September 24, 2007 with the actual release on October 2, 2007.[1] A video of a live performance of Cuntry Boner is available on Youtube,[2] and another at the printing office where the cover of the Cuntry Boner single is being made.[3]

The standard release of this single was on November 13, 2007.

On December 6 2007, Maynard James Keenan posted an update on puscifer.com mentioning that Cuntry Boner had appeared in the #10 position on the Billboard Singles chart, as well as a #1 ranking on the Billboard Dance Singles charts. As of May 2008, Cuntry Boner had placed on the Singles charts (which measure popularity of music by sales records) for 23 weeks, peaking as high as 6th place.
